How to Buy
1. To purchase items from MelissaPhilippines.com, please place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
2. Once you are done, click on the "Checkout" link in upper-left portion of your screen.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

During the online checkout process, you will be prompted to select one of the following forms of payment:

Status Messages
Once you have placed an order, you may receive a series of status messages:
1. Queued -We have received your order details
2. Processed - We have received your payment (usually updated within 24 hours)
3. Complete -Your order has been shipped and will arrive in 2 - 3 days.


Payments via Bank Deposit
After placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order and the total amount due. Please deposit your payment within 3 working days to any BDO branch using the following details:

Once you have paid, please send us an e-mail at payments@melissaphilippines.com to confirm payment. Please include the following details:

1. Order number as indicated in your confirmation e-mail
2. Branch where you made your deposit
3. Date of deposit
4. Amount deposited

If possible, please include a picture of the deposit slip. Your order will be shipped within 3 - 6 working days upon receipt of payment.


Payments via Credit Card (using PesoPay)
We now accept credit card payments through PesoPay. With this payment method, you can easily make your online payment immediately upon checkout. In addition, your transactions will be billed to your credit card in Philippines Pesos.

After payment, you should receive an e-mail with the subject "Melissa Philippines Online!: Your order #xxx has been processed. Thank you for your payment." This confirms we have received your payment. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

Payments via Credit Card (using PayPal)
We also accept credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) through PayPal. Simply select PayPal as your preferred payment method when checking out.

Within 48 hours, you will receive an e-mail with a secure link that will re-direct you to PayPal. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. Your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
